Buyer's Premium
A 15% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all “on-site” purchases and an 18% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all “online” purchases. GST and PST will be charged on the Buyer’s Premium.	ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ON AS AS-IS WHERE-IS, “IN PLACE” “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS.
Taxes
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (Buyers NOT from Canada) will be exempted from GST if, and ONLY IF THEY PRESENT AND LEAVE A VALID COPY OF THE BILL OF LADING AT THE AUCTION SITE (showing that the goods are destined for somewhere outside Canada). NO GOODS PURCHASED BY INTERNATIONAL BUYERS CAN BE REMOVED WITHOUT THIS BILL OF LADING.
TAXES - bill of lading
If a copy of the Bill of Lading is unavailable FOR ANY REASON, the buyer must pay the GST prior to removal of goods, and then apply directly to the Canadian Tax Authority (Service Canada) for a tax rebate after the goods have been removed from Canada.	All buyers will be required to pay 7% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) unless; a)They have a valid British Columbia PST Exemption Certificate, or; b)Buyer’s from outside of British Columbia will be exempted from PST if, and ONLY IF THEY PRESENT AND LEAVE A VALID COPY OF THE BILL OF LADING AT THE AUCTION SITE (showing that the goods are destined for somewhere outside of British Columbia). NO GOODS PURCHASED BY BUYER’S FROM OUTSIDE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA CAN BE REMOVED WITHOUT THIS BILL OF LADING. Removal of Purchases
RIGGING: Rigging terms specific to this auction will be announced prior to the auction. The Auctioneer does not warrant the accuracy, authenticity, description, weigh, count or measure of any listings specified herein. No article shall be removed unless paid in full. No item may be removed until the completion of the auction. All items must be removed by Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Check-out will operate weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. RIGGING AND REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Small, carryout items, should be removed immediately after the auction or the day after the auction. Anyone, either a buyer or rigger, who uses a powered vehicle to remove anything from the auction site, will need a certificate of insurance.
