Sales tax rate is 9.25%. We will charge local sales tax unless you have your tax exempt number with you or have it faxed to our office. Our fax number is (513) 738-0221.
Special Removal Notice: Monday to Friday, less July 4, from 9AM to 5PM CT Last day for removal is Friday, 7/28/2023. Seller will: - load all equipment onto flatbed trailers or trucks at no charge (other than lots 48, 49, 55, & 68, a $1,500 loading fee per each lot will be charged). All (3) forklifts are operational but will need picked up by tilt-deck trailers or a rollback by buyer (Lots 92, 93, & 94). - will ship UPS or LTL freight any item purchased (20% above their UPS or LTL cost to cover labor). Note: negotiated with seller and paid in advance to seller outside of auction. RIGGING AND REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Anyone, either a buyer or rigger, who uses a powered vehicle to remove anything from the auction site, will need a certificate of insurance.
