Can I place a proxy bid?

We know there are times when you are unable to attend an upcoming auction. Proxy bids allow you to bid without being present. All Proxy Bids must be in writing, either typed or handwritten. They must be faxed or mailed to our office by the close of business on the day before the auction. Tell us which item or items to bid on and how much; sign and date the letter. Unless you state differently, we will add the buyer's premium to your bid. Include a deposit check for 25% of your total bid. If you are successful, we will deposit your check and send you an invoice for the balance. If you are not successful, we will return your check to you. Understand that whatever you bid is your bid. If you bid $1,000, we will bid $1,000. If you bid $10,000, we will bid $10,000. We sell every item without warranty or guarantee, either written or implied. The common term is "as is, where is". We do not have the ability to know everything about every item that we sell. If by chance, you should be the winning bidder on an item and it turns out to be different in any way from what you expected, it is still yours. This is the chance you take with a proxy bid. Minimum proxy bid on any single item is $1,000.
