Waiver of subrogation in favor of Myron Bowling Auctioneers, Inc., where provided by blanket endorsement or written contract and permitted by law.

Workers Compensation
Statutory Workers’ Compensation coverage as required by state(s) in which work is performed with Employer’s Liability coverage included. Blanket Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Myron Bowling Auctioneers, Inc., where permitted by law.

The waiver of subrogation may be provided on a blanket basis and does not need to schedule Myron Bowling Auctioneers, Inc., specifically, provided the blanket endorsement applies to written contracts.

Removal begins the next morning and on all weekdays from 7AM to 5PM.

Last day for removal is 3/25/2026.

RIGGING AND  REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
Anyone, either a buyer or rigger, who uses a powered vehicle to remove anything from the auction site, will need a certificate of insurance. 

Sales tax rate is 8.125%. We will charge local sales tax unless you have your tax exempt number with you or have it faxed to our office. Our fax number is (513) 738-0221.
